Signia by Hilton Atlanta
Opened January 2024, this upscale convention hotel features 976 rooms and more than 100,000 sq. ft of meetings and events space, includes a 40,000 sq. ft. ballroom. Connected to Georgia World Congress Center’s Building C, Signia by Hilton Atlanta offers six restaurants and bars, a wellness center, an outdoor pool, as well as the elevated Club Signia experience.

The National Center for Civil and Human Rights is planning to mark its 10th anniversary in 2024 with a major expansion, with the help of one of its original supporters. Philanthropist and business mogul Arthur M. Blank has committed $15 million toward the center’s $48 million capital campaign that will add two wings to the downtown museum.

In June, Centennial Yards, a world-class sports and entertainment district in the heart of downtown Atlanta, will begin its next phase. Adjacent to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, this phase will include 480,000 square feet of entertainment, retail and restaurant space. Among the plans are a three-story immersive entertainment concept and a fan gathering plaza expected to be the center of activity for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup in Atlanta.

The 1.15-million-square-foot, three-building project is currently available for office, creative, media, and production leasing for the first time in 40 years, in addition to 230,000-square-foot of ground floor retail, which is also available for short-term pop-up retail activations to support the major sporting and special events in the area. The project is interconnected to the 1,067-key Omni Hotel and State Farm Arena and directly across from the Georgia World Congress Center.
The Stitch
This transformational project will reconnect Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, creating approximately 14 acres of greenspace and transportation enhancements. Offering interconnected parks, plazas, and surface streets for walking and biking, it will unite once disconnected parts of Atlanta.
