Atlanta plays a huge part in the state’s film production industry, from “Captain America: Civil War” transforming downtown Atlanta’s The Gulch into a Nigerian market to the High Museum of Art and Atlanta City Hall serving as backdrops for “Black Panther.”
WHAT ARE THOSE YELLOW SIGNS?
You might notice a bunch of yellow signs with random black letters. They signal an active film production, and the letters are code for the show or movie being filmed. Locals know that a quick online search usually brings up the name of the movie.
