Ambassador force of downtown Atlanta
If your attendees need help finding where to go or what to do in Downtown Atlanta, they won’t have to look hard to find one of the 67 members of our friendly and helpful Ambassador Force. They’re the ones in the pith helmets and sometimes, they can be seen riding Segway human transporters or all-terrain bikes.Ambassadors are trained to provide tourists and meeting attendees with a variety of information and assistance, not only in English, but in French, Spanish and Hebrew, to name a few.

Located at the corner of Peachtree Street and International Boulevard
Service Hours for Downtown:
Monday – Saturday: 7 a.m. – midnight
Sunday: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Although these are the set hours, it’s routine for the Ambassador Force to adapt the hours to meet the needs of tourists and others who are attending special events downtown.
