Job Description

Position: Manager, Human Resources
Department: Executive Office
Exemption Status: Exempt 
Position Reports to: Senior Vice President, Human Resources

General Description

The manager, human resources is responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day activities for recruitment and on-boarding, staff training and development, IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility), and employee relations. The position will also provide support with benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
